2022 Honda HR-V

The 2022 HR-V is the smallest and most affordable subcompact in the Honda SUV lineup and a go-to for any Ohio driver. It has a sleek exterior with elegant parts, and it comes with a variety of exterior color options like Milano Red and Platinum White. The Honda HR-V has diverse powertrain options, design features, and prices across four trim levels. The trim levels are the 2022 Honda HR-V Sport, LX, EX, and EX-L.
The EX-trim has upgraded standard features like a panoramic sunroof, heated front seats, and driver-assist aids such as adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, and lane-keeping assist. All trims are powered by a 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine paired with a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT) that provides 141 horsepower and 127pound-feet of torque. A standard front-wheel drive is available and an optional all-wheel drive. It boasts a versatile cargo-hauling capability as the rear seats can be folded flat to create more space for cargo.
Taller drivers can also get plenty of headroom and legroom due to its spacious front seats. The 2022 Honda HR-V has a good fuel economy of 28/34 mpg in the city and highway, respectively, for front-wheel-drive models, while all-wheel-drive models have a lower value of 27/31 mpg in the city and on the highway, respectively.
2022 Honda Passport
All 2022 Honda Passports are five-seater SUVs powered by a 3.5-liter V-6 engine, with a total horsepower of 280 and 262 pound-feet of torque. They are also connected to a nine-speed automatic transmission and have a high ground clearance of 8.1 inches for all-wheel drive and 7.5 inches for front-wheel drive. The EX-L and Elite trims have 20-inch wheels too. It comes with a refreshing new front grille which comprises a sizeable aggressive fascia.
In 2022 Honda debuts with a new trim, the Passport Trailsport, which contains a distinct fascia design, a bulkier front, rear bumpers, and orange Trailsport logos. It maneuvers easily on uneven surfaces using the i-VTM4 all-wheel drive and intelligent traction management systems. The two highest trim levels are also equipped with a 10-speaker premium setup.
All Honda Passports have new interior designs and a Honda performance development package such as graphics to give them a sportier appearance. They also have 8.0-inch infotainment touchscreens. 2022 Honda CR-V
It is a five-seater two-row crossover SUV in five trim levels: CR-V LX, EX, EX-L, Touring, and the Special Edition. There are no major additional changes for the 2022 CR-V except a standard all-wheel-drive for the Limited trim. Excluding the CR-V Hybrid, which we discuss separately in the article, the other models are powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 190 horsepower and 179 pound-feet of torque. A CVT automatic transmission is also connected to the engine.
Regarding fuel economy, front-wheel drive models are advantageous over all-wheel-drive models as they boast 27/28 mpg and 32/34 mpg in the city and highway, respectively. The CR-V also has 39.2 cubic feet of cargo space with the rear seats in position and 75.8 cubic feet once they are lowered. Safety features include collision mitigation systems, road departure, forward-collision warnings, adaptive cruise control, and lane-keeping assist. However, LX trims lack blind-spot monitors and cross-traffic monitoring systems.
2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid
Being the lineup’s fuel economy’s pacesetter, the CR-V Hybrid is a five-seater compact SUV that is an ideal option for families in Ohio. It has a turbocharged 1.5-liter two-cylinder engine, which functions with a conventional automatic transmission and outputs 190 horsepower. The all-wheel-drive-only model has two electric motors and a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine providing 212 horsepower and 232 pound-feet of torque. It also boasts a maximum cargo space of 68.7 cubic feet.
The trim levels for the Honda CR-V Hybrid are Hybrid EX, Hybrid EX-L, and Hybrid Touring. The Touring trim level also entails a standard all-wheel drive to achieve a smooth ride on uneven terrains. The CR-V Hybrid’s gas mileage is 40/35 mpg in the city and on the highway. Safety features include the Honda Sensing acoustic vehicle alerting system, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, and road departure mitigation system.
2022 Honda Pilot

The three-row midsize SUV lineup has five trim levels: the Pilot EX-L, Special Edition, Touring, Elite, and Black Edition. The LX and EX trim levels have been dropped while two new ones have been added: the Pilot Trailsport and the Pilot Sport. The Honda Pilot Sport has a standard two-wheel drive with 280 horsepower, a 3.5-liter V-6 engine, a nine-speed automatic transmission, and 20-inch alloys. It also comes with Honda Sensing driver-assistive features and active and passive features for each trim level.
The 2022 Pilot Trailsport brings great off-road prowess to the lineup. It boasts standard i-VTM4 all-wheel drive and several standard parts like leather seats which have orange Trailsport logos. It has 18-inch black alloy wheels whose tires contain:
