Flub’s Ice Cream

Flub’s Ice Cream was founded in 1966 by Mike and Ann Connaughton. The original Fairfield location opened its frozen dairy parlor with a limited menu of cups, cones, and shakes. Today, they have three locations in Fairfield, Hamilton, and Ross, plus a nostalgic ice cream truck that delivers frosty goodness to the greater Fairfield area.

The menu at Flub’s is far different than when they first opened. This local favorite boasts homemade sherbets, over 40 cyclone variations, dairy-free, and sugar-free options, and so much more.

Ice Cream and Sherbet

Vanilla and chocolate ice cream and homemade raspberry and orange sherbet are available in nine different sizes of cups and cones, including pints and quarts for taking home. Add toppings like rainbow sprinkles, Krunch Kote, chocolate sprinkles, chocolate dip top, cherry dip top, and candy eyes.

Sundaes

Choose either ice cream or sherbet and then begin adding your choice of toppings for a customized culinary confection! Choose from hot fudge, chocolate, turtle, strawberry, pineapple, cookies and ice cream, marshmallow, and caramel.
